SG Candle Co was founded by Stephen and Rachel Dotson of Pekin, Indiana, with a simple goal — to create candles that make homes feel warm, relaxing, and inviting.Our journey into candle making actually began years earlier with our first candle company, Smell Goods. What started as a creative hobby quickly turned into something much bigger. We loved experimenting with fragrances, learning the craft of candle making, and seeing how something as simple as a candle could change the atmosphere of a room.After gaining experience and refining our process, we decided to start fresh with a new vision — and SG Candle Co was born.Today, every candle we make is hand-poured in small batches, using carefully selected fragrance oils to create scents that are both comforting and memorable. From relaxing florals to bright, refreshing blends, our goal is to create fragrances that bring warmth and enjoyment into everyday moments.As a small family-run business in southern Indiana, we take pride in every product that leaves our workspace.
